Reverie
with Jessica Alice Design
The name Reverie invokes a dreamlike state. Discover a world where ornament is celebrated, colour is embraced, and beauty exists in the unexpected.
Reverie is a major group exhibition that brings together local and national designers, makers and artists in a theatrical environment in Fremantle’s historic Naval Store.
The show is curated and designed by interior designer and editorial stylist Jessica Rayment (Jessica Alice Design), a self-described maximalist whose work rejects the ‘white box’ uniformity of contemporary interiors in favour of richly layered colour, texture and form.
Jessica explores a playful dialogue between old and new; rich timbers and nostalgic florals; polished steel and sculptural shapes.

Born in the UK and based in Perth, Jessica Rayment specialises in interior architecture and styling.
Jessica’s work stems from thoughtful design, materiality and the belief that homes should be as individual as the people who live in them.
Jessica works closely with architects, builders, artisans, fellow designers and private clients, valuing lasting relationships and celebrating the incredible talent of local makers wherever possible.
In a time of “copy and paste” interiors and endless shades of greige, Jess believes homes should tell their own stories. They should evoke emotion, spark conversation and reflect the lives lived within them – most memorable spaces aren’t those that follow trends; they’re the ones with personality.
